PRENATAL : Congratulations, you’re pregnant! Now what? This can feel like a very exciting and overwhelming time. I will help guide and support you throughout your pregnancy journey with customized, safe and effective workouts tailored to you.

POSTPARTUM : Motherhood is hectic and confusing enough, your fitness program should be simple. I will work with you to customize a fitness program that is effective and achievable for your lifestyle.

PERSONAL TRAINING : Looking for additional accountability? I offer remote personal training sessions. Simply get in front of your computer or phone and be ready to MOVE!

Hi, I’m Hollie Small and I’ve have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and now proud founder of Small Fitness. After experiencing pregnancy and postpartum, I realized that my passion in fitness has shifted towards helping to safely guide and teach the skills and tools during pregnancy and beyond.
